Energy company

The company underwent an internal restructuring to set up its new headquarters, in order to consolidate the activities of 4 sites that were located in different parts of São Paulo. It was therefore necessary to transfer approximately 1,700 employees to the new headquarters in order to implement an innovative layout and occupancy concept.

Solution

As part of the Integrated Projects, a comprehensive strategy was developed to centralize critical activities, coupled with a management agreement that took into account multiple perspectives (HR, Systems, Operations, Legal, etc.) and systematic monitoring of stakeholders.

In Change Management, a program structured in 8 stages strengthened the evolution of change through strategic communication, involving all levels of the company. This approach included leadership feedback and active listening to employees, promoting organizational alignment and engagement.

Results

Integrated Projects:

Anticipated critical needs, prevented negative impacts and delivered the integration 6 months ahead of schedule, achieving high precision in planning.

Change Management:

The program reduced resistance and impacts on teams, promoting well-being and greater efficiency. The Change Agents team was retained by the client to mobilize other strategic projects, resulting in savings in time, costs and greater organizational engagement.
